Enter a soothing, heart-expanding evening designed to open you to deeper love, compassion, and emotional flow. Ocean of Light is a 2-hour immersive journey that invites softness, connection, and embodied presence.
You’ll be guided through Whalebreathing, a slow, rhythmic breath inspired by the energy and movement of whales. This grounding pattern gently releases emotional tension, activates the parasympathetic system, and opens the heart space for deeper self-awareness.
As your breath deepens, you’ll simultaneously be held in a serene sound bath of crystal bowls, oceanic tones, and low harmonic frequencies. These whale-like vibrations work alongside the breath to soften the emotional body, clear energetic density, and open channels of intuitive and heart-centered connection.
Throughout the evening, a gentle, hands-on or hands-off Reiki healing experience is woven in to support integration, energetic alignment, and emotional harmony. All three modalities blend seamlessly, creating a deeply nurturing and transformative container.
