Step into the new year with a powerful energetic reset. Ocean of Light is a 2-hour immersive healing experience designed to ignite your inner spark and clear the slate for fresh beginnings.
You’ll be guided through Whalebreathing, a slow and rhythmic oceanic breath inspired by the gentle rise and fall of whale respiration. This deep, grounding breath pattern helps release emotional heaviness, activate the parasympathetic rest-and-repair state, and open the heart and solar plexus for expanded intuition and inner awareness.
As the breath softens and opens your energetic body, you’ll simultaneously be immersed in a lush sound bath of crystal bowls, oceanic tones, and deep harmonic frequencies reminiscent of whale song. These soothing vibrations work in tandem with the breath to clear stagnation, balance the chakras, move stored emotions, and reconnect the mind and body.
Interwoven throughout the evening is a gentle Reiki healing experience—hands-on or hands-off—encouraging the frequencies of the breath and sound to settle, integrate, and harmonize your system. The three modalities blend seamlessly to create a deeply immersive, restorative, and transformative journey.
