This Sunday features the New Canon Chamber Collective: ‘Those were the times!’ In 2021, Portia Dunkley founded the New Canon Chamber Collective Inc. (an affiliate of UpBeat Miami), a non-profit, South Florida-based chamber ensemble.
The New Canon Chamber Collective is committed to social justice by creating an artistic platform that truly prioritizes building community through the classical music arts and genuinely reflects the rich cultural landscape of South Florida.
The Ocean Drive Association presents a resident-centric and family-friendly concert series, bringing music outside of the concert hall and into the community.
These events are free and open to the public-- and will take place in Lummus Park between 14th Street and 14th Place. Bring your chair, blanket, and picnic - ENJOY! Rainy-day location is inside The Betsy Hotel lobby
