Roger Fujii | Chair at IEEE
Roger Fujii has had a distinguished career in engineering and technology leadership. As Vice President/General Manager at Northrop Grumman, he led the development of large-scale communication systems for F22/F35 aircraft and grew division revenues to over $1 billion. Nationally recognized for his work in certifying safety and performance of strategic nuclear missile systems, Fujii's methodology is codified in IEEE Standard 1012. His extensive IEEE volunteer experience includes serving as IEEE Vice President for Technical Activities, IEEE Computer Society President, and on the IEEE Board of Directors. He holds degrees from UC Berkeley and has lectured at multiple universities, including as a guest professor at Xiamen University in China.
