About this Event
For Ages 9 to 11 – Drawing is a great skill that anyone can learn. We'll practice drawing everyday things like plants, animals, places, and people. We will experiment with perspective, color, and shading to show volume and depth. Using pencils, charcoal, pastels, and watercolor, we will discover each student's unique style and way of seeing. Artist references may include Hilma af Klint, Annie Pootoogook, Faith Ringgold, and Alex Katz. All supplies are provided and included in the price of the class.

Please Note: A full refund will be granted for withdrawals made in writing to [email protected] two weeks prior to the start of the first class. Please note, Eventbrite fees are non-refundable unless the class is canceled by the Armory.
