On Friday, 14 November, we are honoured to welcome Madame Nathalie Vranken - Owner and CEO of Vranken-Pommery, visiting from Reims to personally host this exclusive evening.
Guests will be guided through an exquisite five-glass Champagne tasting, including the rare and distinguished Cuvée Louise Parcelles 2005, each thoughtfully paired with a four-course menu created by Head Chef Daeun Kang.
This experience is a true celebration of craftsmanship and refinement — each pou revealing the depth, heritage, and elegance behind Maison Pommery’s most exceptional cuvées, perfectly complemented by Oborozuki’s contemporary culinary artistry.
Expect an evening of conversation, storytelling, and sensory indulgence where French legacy meets modern gastronomy in an unforgettable setting overlooking Circular Quay.
Seats are strictly limited and will be hosted on shared tables, encouraging guests to savour the experience in a convivial atmosphere alongside fellow Champagne enthusiasts.
