Course Description: Objection Handling Role Play
This high-impact, skills-based session is designed to help real estate professionals confidently navigate buyer and seller objections through structured, real-world role play. Using role play cards from Exactly What to Say, participants will practice proven language patterns that remove resistance, build trust, and move conversations forward—without sounding scripted or salesy.
Agents will rotate through guided scenarios that mirror today’s most common objections around price, timing, commissions, and market uncertainty. Each role play is facilitated to ensure practical application, peer feedback, and immediate improvement in delivery, tone, and confidence. By the end of the session, participants will leave with repeatable scripts, sharper conversational instincts, and the ability to respond calmly and professionally when objections arise—whether in person, over the phone, or online.
