Take this chance to get all of your paperwork done BEFORE labor! This can be done anytime during pregnancy. It takes about 30 minutes, and there is NO NEED to make an appointment. Simply show up at the Nurses Station between 9am and 3pm.If you want to do your pre-registration remotely, we can send the forms via the Patient Portal.
