Welcome to the 2024 Oathkeepers Fire Conference hosted and sponsored by the Warren County Career Center, Warren County Fire Chiefs Association, First In-Last Out Fire Equipment & Training, Joe Barr American Legion Post 194, Queen City F.O.O.L.S., KZOO F.O.O.L.S, Northern Ohio F.O.O.L.S., SWMI SUAT, Elkhart Brass, Key Hose, Fire Maul Tools, At Quarters Creations, and IAFF Local 4286. The Oathkeepers Fire Conference began in 2017 with a mission to restore passion in the mastery of the basics, firemanship, and aggressive tactics for the people we as firefighters swore an oath to serve. The Oathkeepers Fire Conference Instructors are made up of experienced instructors from FILO, SWMI SUAT, BIB, Two In-Fire Out, 302 Training, Take the Door Training, Roughneck Firemanship, FD Tactics, Smooth Bore Cartel, Dixie Firemanship, Midwest Fire Tactics, Citizens First Fire Training, and multiple F.O.O.L.S. chapters from coast to coast. The instructors and organizations involved with the Oathkeepers Fire Conference recieve no monetary compenstation for teaching or hosting this annual event. The premise of the Oathkeepers Fire Conference is to provide affordable, top quality, experience based training and brotherhood. ALL money left over will be donated to help build new firefighters through the Jamie Dickman Scholarship Fund, funding the WCCC Firefighter Training Facilities, and supporting the Firefighter Rescue Survey.
Every student will recieve top quality, passionate, and experience based instruction in Engine and Truck Operations. Each full conference registration will include the Lecture/ Fundraiser/ Social session on Friday October 11 from 3-11 PM at the American Legion Post 194, 1 Day Engine Co. H.O.T., and 1 Day Truck Co. H.O.T. on October 12-13. There will be numerous items raffled at the Friday night lecture event with ALL PROCEEDS FROM THE RAFFLE FUNDRAISERS AND THE 2024 OATHKEEPERS FIRE CONFERENCE DONATED TO THE FIREFIGHTER RESCUE SURVEY, WCCC Firefighter Training Facilities, or NO F.O.O.L.S. JAMIE DICKMAN SCHOLARSHIP FUND.

*6:15- 6:45 PM- Lt. Brian McRee- "The Consequence of Mediocrity"
*7:00 - 8:30 PM- Chief Zach Dixon/ Capt. Matthew Marron- "Breaking down the grab" Blairsville, PA grab case study/ lessons learned
*8:45 - 10:15 PM- Battalion Chief Jason Wells- "SEARCHING for the truth" Are we doing our part?
*10:15 - 11:00 PM Raffle Draws/ Live Auction/ Closing
-Engine/ Truck H.O.T. October 12, 8 AM - 6 PM Warren County Career Center Fire Training Center

(ALL H.O.T. students will attend 1 Day of Engine and 1 Day of Truck H.O.T.)
*All students will need full structural firefighting PPE and SCBA w/ spare bottle.
*This training event is open to all certified firefighters
