Oath Taking Ceremony: Retention and Reacquisition of Philippine Citizenship

1. Bookings may only be made by persons who have received an email from the Philippine Consulate General in Calgary that they are eligible to take their oath for Philippine Citizenship. For those who submitted their application with other family members, only ADULT applicants are required to register.
2. Please arrive at least 15 mins before your scheduled oath-taking. Example: For 11AM-12NN Appointment slots, please arrive by 10:45AM.
3. Please bring the originals of the submitted documents for verification purposes.
4. Any change (rebooking) of schedules must be done at least 24 hours in advance of the booked Appointment Slot.
5. Persons who do not appear for their scheduled appointments will be re-processed for their oath-taking after another two (2) months from the date of the missed appointment.
6. Please note that dependent/minor applicants may or may not join the principal applicants during the oath taking ceremony. Senior citizens and people with special needs applicants are allowed to be accompanied by a relative or a caregiver during the oath taking ceremony.
7. Please ensure that you are not exhibiting any of the following COVID-19 symptoms for the past two (2) weeks and during the day of your oath-taking: Fever above 38°C , Cough, Colds, Sore throat, Body pains, and headache.

ADDITIONAL REMINDERS:

1. Only the applicant/oath taker is allowed to go inside the Consulate.
2. Staying at the building lobby is not allowed.
3. Please wear appropriate clothes when visiting the Consulate (e.g. no revealing clothes, no shorts and no slippers).
