Explore Red Wing’s Oakwood Cemetery with GCHS and learn more about Red Wing’s past. Walk through one of the cemetery’s most historic sections as we visit the final resting place of some of the most notable names in Red Wing. You will also learn about Victorian mourning customs, tombstone symbolism, and what life was like for 19th century Red Wing residents.
Space is limited! Tickets are $15 and must be purchased through Red Wing Community Education. Tickets can be purchased on their website beginning on September 4th: https://redwing.cr3.rschooltoday.com/public/home/
