Looking for a more relaxed way to enjoy race day? Skip the crowds and chaos of Flemington and join us for Oaks Day at River Pavilion, an inclusive outdoor celebration by the water on Thursday 6 November 2025, from 12pm to 6pm.
Set in the accessible South Wharf, River Pavilion offers a unique way to experience Oaks Day outdoors.
Live race broadcasts on the big screen, peppered with accoustic entertainment and DJ sets.
This is Oaks Day done differently. Perfect for those who want the energy and excitement of race day, without leaving the CBD. Enjoy flowing drinks, delicious bites, and entertainment throughout the afternoon. The Best Dressed Parade will turn heads along the wharf, so be sure to dress to impress.
