The Friends of the E.D. White Historic Site would like to invite you to the Inaugural Oaks & Origins Festival on Saturday November 15, 2025, from 10:30-4:00 at the E.D. White Historic Site located at 2295 St. Mary St. in Thibodaux, LA. This year's festival will be a Bicentennial Celebration with demonstrations, oral histories and exhibits highlighting the history of the site and the culture and heritage of the Bayou Lafourche area and its inhabitants. The festival will also include food, craft/art vendors, music, and a kid's area (including 19th century games and more)! Come join us for a day of fun and celebration!
