There's no water, no stripping off, no invasive touching, no endless questions and no tying yourself in knots. Just get comfy and lie back and allow yourself to be immersed in the positive frequencies and vibrations of a soundbath.
Resonant instruments such as drums, gongs, singing bowls and chimes are used. Devotees describe feeling; calm and blissful, floaty and free, energised and empowered.
There are many physical and mental benefits as muscles release and relax and brainwaves slow from the busy "mind chatter" to mindful and meditative states.
Great for; stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, tension and pain, emotional blocks, self development and spiritual growth.
Events last an hour, with 15 minutes to arrive and settle before the sound bath and 15 minutes to come back to earth before leaving.
