Axine M is the moniker of music artist Maxine de las Pozas. The Ancient Greek Axenos, or "inhospitable place," is a name for the Black Sea before nautical technology was advanced enough to safely traverse the water. Axine M is a vessel for musical inquiries and creative impulses across multiple genres and sentiments, carving out a space for itself against the grain of the dystopian imaginary. A recent self-released tape, USUSUSESESERERER (pronounced "user"), is a songwriterly exploration of interpersonal relationships under late-capitalism. Axine has published tapes with Summer Isle and Embalming Lately, a label she co-founded.

The release of the duo’s collaborative album Woodwind Quintet (Subtext, 2022) showcased their exploration of the complexity of composition by fracturing, deconstructing and interweaving classical elements in intimate and unexpected arrangements. The Berlin-based Ferrill is a composer, engineer, and synthesizer builder. By venturing into the realm of extended instruments, handmade electronics and experimental computer music, she explores the interface between noise and composition. Copenhagen’s Áslaug Magnúsdóttir approaches instruments as a sculptor, pushing the boundaries of conventional music while also engaging in music programming, constructing interactive systems characterized by noise-based behaviors.

Bilwa is a conceptual artist who works with sound, and visual arts contexts.
His work includes: performance, experimental / electro-acoustic music, noise, sound art, un/natural field recordings, graphic scores and conceptual structures. In his concerts, or “sound saunas”, he incorporates psychoacoustics and auditory illusions including: phasing, beating, cancellation, etc., using a range of sine tones.
In Berlin he organizes experimental music / performance series including: BRŒK, tea/tōn, NOTES/TONES, etc.
