We’re so excited to be opening the doors at O-Studio Christchurch next week - a brand-new wellness and recovery space in the heart of the city. And you’re invited to come and celebrate with us.
Join us for our Grand Opening Launch Party on Valentines Day (Saturday 14 February), 1–3pm and be among the first to experience the space.

O-Studio is designed as a place to properly switch off. Whether that’s through recovery, heat and cold therapy, or simply taking a breather from the day-to-day.
Our new location is the largest O-Studio yet, custom built to support both physical and mental wellbeing in a calm and welcoming environment.
Feel free to bring your friends and family along - this is a community event and everyone’s welcome.
