Come vibe out with us over live DJs/screening, food/drinks, mahjong, photo exhibition, living room installation, merch display, and zines!
About this Event

Our intention is to connect with makers in the creative community by throwing these live IRL events. The idea for “NIGHT DRIVE” came out of a need to dig for joy in the middle of a pandemic that none of us had prepared for. It has since grown as a place to reset your creative mind. A place to guide you out of creative blocks. We can’t wait to have fun with y’all!

A HUGE THANK YOU TO BABA'S HOUSE AND Yăng Shēng 養生 for supporting us with this event as well as Tacos Sincero, Modokot, and 1UNDRED. We will have a cocktail bar, mahjong tables + coaches, snack station, tostadas, living room installation, photo exhibition, night market tables + chairs, bags, and merch available.

Much love to Ian + Jared from Good Mother Gallery for opening their doors to us. We love what Good Mother Gallery does in the art world focusing on innovative experimental work and exhibiting under-represented artists for the community at large. Come with an open mind to tap into your inner child as we will have a writing prompt for folks to fill out.

“How do you refine your process?”

We will be taking Instax mini photos of each participant and turning the photos/prompts into zines. Who knows? You might even find our first Refine Your Process zine available!

About Yăng Shēng (養生):

Yăng Shēng is a multimedia project grounded in the Chinese + Taiwanese ingredients that remind us of home. It’s the warm, fuzzy feeling that you get from breaking bread with your chosen family.

Immerse yourself in Yăng Shēng through the digital experience, our art book (releasing Spring 2026), and experiential events. Beyond these channels, Yăng Shēng is, at its core, a self-nourishing way of life to set a ripple effect across our larger society.
