NZxWC Peacharine · New Zealand hopped West Coast IPA · 6.9% abvFor the third iteration of NZxWC I really felt like going all out on the hops. We had a good amount of Peacharine hop kief remaining and knew this was the perfect beer to dry hop with it!
The boil/whirlpool hops also changed from Citra & Mosaic to Simcoe & Motueka, two of my all time favorites that play very well with Peacharine.
I think you'll be thoroughly pleased with this IPA.
