Join our Presenter and follow along with step by step demonstrations on how to make fresh pasta from scratch using the Thermomix®.
Along the way pick up lots of tips and tricks on how to make the best pasta, as well as trying your hand at forming classic Italian pasta styles, such as farfalle, ravioli, tortellini, and pappardelle.
In small groups you will make sauces and fillings to accompany your freshly made pasta. After all the pasta is made you will enjoy a hearty meal.
Just to get your mouth watering and your taste buds tantalising, think sage butter sauce, caramelised onion filling and more.

Our Hands-on cooking classes are only suitable for Participants aged 18 years and over.
