7:30PM-9:30PM – Educational event facilitated by AAK Technical Team on Achieving thermally stable formulations + Dinner [held at Distillery]

Achieving thermally stable formulations, with high levels of tropical plant butters has been a significant challenge for formulators—one of the challenges would be aesthetic instability like blooming. This phenomenon occurs when products are exposed to temperature fluctuations and ingredient incompatibilities, which may sometimes occur when the products are already launched in the market.

In this presentation, the speaker will discuss how the functionality of tropical plant butters is optimized to prevent blooming and other aesthetic instability in products. The same process optimization also contributes to a richer emollience and greater compatibility that can benefit the sensory appeal of the final formulation.

10PM – Pickle Barrel Social
