ALL motor boat operators regardless of age will need a boating safety certificate beginning in 2025. ALL personal watercraft operators (jet skis) must successfully complete an approved boating safety course. There is a $40 charge payable the day of class. NYS imposes a $10 fee to get your card for those over 18 years of age. Participants must be 10 years old to take the class. All students must attend the full 8 hours and pass a written test to earn a certificate.You can take the course anywhere, but here's why you should take it with us. This is a one stop shop for safe boating. Your instructors are real captains with thousands of hours on the water. We demonstrate with real equipment and show actual scenarios and explain boat handling basics. We are right there to answer questions and clarify concepts based on real world experience. Real captains, real equipment and we have real fun doing it.
We will meet for 2 sessions, November 16 from 12-4 and November 19 from 5-9
