We’re excited to invite you to our New Year’s Eve party at Espace Vanhomwegen!The bar will serve beer, wine, and bubbles, but you’re also welcome to bring your own drinks.
You can invite friends, but as it's a private event in a private space, we can only accommodate up to 100 people. To make sure you get in, please let us know if you’re coming, it helps us plan and guarantees your spot at the door.
To help us plan:
Send us a confirmation e-mail to [email protected] with you’re full name (and eventually also your '+1' or '+2' friends' names) OR by sending a private message to Sophie +32 484/82.44.04. If your plans change, that's not a problem, just let us know ! This helps us keep the headcount accurate and guarantees your spot at the door.
A few details:
We’ll ask for a €10 contribution at the entrance to help with organisation costs, the DJs, and cleanup. This includes your welcome drink! Please bring cash, as card payments will not be possible. The bar will also be cash-only.
Here’s how the night will flow:
23:00 – 01:00 – Doors open & free welcome drink! A soft start to celebrate and welcome the new year together.
01:00 – 06:00 – Extended DJ set by Tom Goris.
Please note:
For security, the front door will be closed from around 1:00. If you're planning to arrive after that, just give us a quick call or message when you're on your way.
To ensure the night is enjoyable for all, we kindly ask that guests do not arrive visibly drunk, as entry may be refused for their own well-being. If anyone becomes overly intoxicated and disruptive during the event, we may have to ask them to leave.
Please look out for your friends and celebrate mindfully.
