About the Sound Bath and Meditation:
A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to NURTURE YOUR MIND AND BODY.
The experience begins with each person lying down or seated in a comfortable position, often with a blanket and an eye mask. After a few minutes of guided focus on the breath, the remainder of the experience is filled with different sounds and frequencies being introduced in succession. The sounds are created by a variety of overtone-emitting instruments including quartz crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, rainmakers, mantra music and voice.
When you sink into a Sound Bath and guide your awareness to your listening, you allow your brain waves to slow, shifting from a more active state to a more relaxed state, or even a dreamlike state.
The sounds introduced during a Sound Bath are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what’s going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.
About the Vision Boarding:
Using posters, magazines, and art supplies each participant will take time to reflect on their heart's desires then use their materials to paint a picture for their eyes and hearts to see. This is always a fun activity as you will be doing it with like minds and supreme vibes in the room. I will always provide space for you to share your board if you feel compelled, and on one accord we will affirm IT'S ALREADY DONE!
Come prepared for a relaxing yet profoundly inspiring and invigorating experience. Bring your mat, lights blanket, small pillow, and/or anything else you feel would help you settle in comfortably for the experience. I do have some materials but to be on the safe side I am asking participants to bring magazines, pictures, and art supplies that you would like to use.
*** So that the sound bath and meditation is not disturbed, the door will be locked promptly at start time so please arrive on time.***

About Queen Yenn
Yennenga Adanya, also known as Queen Yenn, is a personal wellness coach, certified meditation instructor, reiki practitioner, and founder of Oyun Ministries & Marketplace. Since 2015, Oyun Ministries' offerings have helped hundreds of individuals experience total life transformation. Queen Yenn's teachings are reinforced by personal accounts of healing and evolution attributed to the application of key foundational principles for well-being .
Queen Yenn is the also the owner/operator of Oyun Botanical Gardens in East Point, GA. The garden provides eco-therapeutic experiences that support holistic well-being for children, adults, and seniors in East Point and neighboring communities. Along with ornamental plants, the garden also includes organic produce, herbs, and fruit trees.
