***New Years Eve (NYE) on the Cochituate Rail Trail (CRT) Tuesday, December 31, 2024 - 4:30 PM -7:30 PM***We are thrilled to begin preparations for New Year's Eve! After a successful inaugural event last year, we are determined to make this year's celebration even more remarkable. We're excited to announce Public Lands as our inaugural Fire Pit Sponsor!
We're in need of volunteers to assist in planning the 2nd New Year's Eve on the CRT. Committee members will be responsible for various tasks, including the following. You can anticipate collaborating with others on sub-projects and reporting back to the larger planning group.
We're seeking volunteers for the following tasks:
- Recruitment and communication with fire pit hosts
- Volunteer coordination
- Logistics and lighting
- Reaching out to potential sponsors
- Managing the selfie station (photo booth)
- Organizing entertainment, etc.
- Handling insurance
