New Years eve is a time for reflection, to look back on the year ahead & to look forward to the year to come. A time to let go of what’s holding us back, what’s taking up too much space in our minds so we have room to invite in the new.
To start the new year afresh with openness, space, and energy of abundance.
As the year draws to a close it’s the perfect time to reflect, let go & open up to the possibilities of a brand new year.
Join Emma for this sacred ceremony where we will join together to rebalance, restore rest & let go!
Moving through guided meditations, powerful breath work, journaling, candle meditation, intention setting and restorative postures.
Starting with a slow movement repetitive & rhythmic practice to get out of the mind and into the body.
You’ll be guided to go deep within to release what no longer serves you.
Then we will enter a moon candle meditation, to align, allow and receive. The perfect time to reflect on the year, allowing us to then create space for the new.
Following the meditation you’ll be prompted to journal from three questions, allowing you to creatively harbour the energy and use it for letting go. We will write a letter to ourselves reflecting on the year, then we will journal and manifest for the year ahead!
Pens and the journaling part will be provided as a small booklet but please feel free to bring you own journal if you would prefer.
Then we’ll enter a sacred relaxation journey, lay back, enjoy a deep yoga Nidra to bring pure relaxation, clarity and abundance.
Suitable for everyone- please wear cosy but comfortable clothing that you can move in and socks...and be open to the magic of letting go of the old and welcoming the new!
NO experience of yoga is required.
