Tido’s style focuses on all things funky, drawing influence from: Jazz, Soul, Disco, Latin, Afrobeat & House. Tido has DJ'd around New Zealand and Australia as well as performances in the USA, Canada, UK and Africa. He has performed alongside some great artists such as: Mr Scruff, Lee Perry, The Mad Professor, Jazzanova, Fat Freddy's Drop, Kora and Opensouls, to name a few.
For the last decade Tido has been in Auckland sharing his music on radio, at bars and clubs, hosting the Funk Wonders residency at Golden Dawn as well as festival appearances at Splore and Shipwrecked. And now DJ Tido can't wait to see in the new year in with coolest cats at the coolest venue in the Coromandel.
