Join us Tuesday, December 31st for an evening of fine dining and exclusive beer tastings. We have partnered with Chef Dwayne Spencer to curate a 4 course food menu to pair with our beers. Our co-owner & brew master Justin will be making some seasonal specialties for this event, some of which will not be available to the public until 2025.Chef Spencer has been an industry professional for over 30 years and has consulted for fine dining establishments in Philadelphia, Lancaster, York, & Lebanon counties. Some recent accolades include being the Executive Chef responsible for the menu at The Foundry Craft Grillery before exiting to purchase his own cafe’ & restaurant in Lebanon, The Timeless Cafe.
While the courses are still being finalized, we are excited to announce that we will be partnering with Red Raven Surf & Turf as a purveyor for our event. Red Raven sources the freshest sea food directly from the eastern regions wharfs & fishermen.
While some beers are still in the works, we are excited to announce one of the offerings will be a 15% ABV Pastry Stout conditioned on coconut, coffee, & peanut butter. We will have a limited amount of bottles available for purchase at the end of the event, any unsold bottles will be made available to the public in early 2025.

-Event will run from 5:30-8:30p & will be capped at 40 guests.
-Guests will have the option to substitute cocktail alternatives to any beers
Our taproom will re-open to the public for New Years Eve celebrations at 9p w/ beverage service only.
