The New Year’s Eve festivities start on Quincy Square with Kitsap’s Favorite DJ Joe Frank (7PM - 9PM) and tasty dining options from local food trucks. At 9PM—move into the Historic Roxy Theatre for some old-fashioned Rock, Soul & Roll with America's favorite cover band Roemen and The Whereabouts! Ring in the New Year with a powerhouse tribute to Marvin Gaye, Otis Redding, Al Green, and Stevie Wonder—soul classics that will have you dancing, singing, and celebrating all night long.
