All ticket sales are non-refundable.
For 21+ events, guests without a valid government-approved photo ID verifying age will be denied entry and will not be eligible for a refund. Events may have wait lines for admission. Guests acknowledge that it is their responsibility to stand in the admission line until venue staff can scan their tickets and verify their proof of age. Guests who choose to exit an event to smoke are not guaranteed re-admission.
