Social Work Ladies Collective - NYC Metro Chapter is a new social networking organization for ambitious & proud social workers and mental health advocates/professionals in the NYC Metropolitan Area. We host fun and interactive in person social events and gatherings throughout the year. Our mission is to create a safe space where meaningful connections are formed and where like minded women feel supported, empowered and encouraged to continue along their career and educational journey as social work and mental health professionals/students. PLEASE NOTE: We welcome ANY proud social workers (BSW/MSW/LMSW/LSW/LCSW) and mental health advocates including macro, nonprofit, government and clinician professionals and current/prospective students or recent graduates from a social work or mental health undergraduate/graduate program. In honor of Women’s History and Social Work Month, we will be hosting our first annual Networking Mixer on Friday March 29th, 7:00-9:30pm at .The purpose of this networking mixer is to celebrate and recognize our dedication and commitment as social workers and mental health advocates in NYC/NJ.
This will be a great opportunity to meet a diverse group of like minded women, foster meaningful relationships,learn about new opportunities, and share resources and best practices.We’ll play fun networking games & activities while enjoying food, cocktails and music.
Important Event Information (PLEASE READ):
- Dress Code: Business Casual/Chic
- All guests must be 21+ and have a valid photo ID to enter Loreley.
- Please arrive no later than 7:30pm. Your entrance into the venue is not guaranteed if you arrive late due to Loreley's party arrival policy.
- The $5 Admission Fee does not include food or drinks. Food, appetizers, desserts, and drinks will be available for purchase at Loreley.
- Be sure that you bring your business cards, smiles, and positive vibes! : )
