NYC Mommies Club
We're collaborating with The Mothership! join us in a series of in-person support group sessions which focus on centering the birthing person and their growing / changing needs on their postpartum and parenthood journey. Each session will incorporate Maternal Zumba and a wellness topic. All sessions we encourage bonding activities between mom and baby, if you are expecting come and find your village.
In Person Topics/Activities for the month of February:
- 2/4 “How to build a village of support.” Community Baby Clothing & Items Swap
Learn more our “Mothering the Mother” program collaboration with The Mothership
- 2/11 “Herbs for the family." Learn about the benefits of using natural herbs as remedies.
- 2/18 ”Mama Movement & Birthstories and postpartum journey." Share your stories with other moms and learn about how you can ease your postpartum journey.
- 2/25 "Mama Movement & Lactation Clinic" and suport.
