Attention Men! Kick off your workout with an uplifting and invigorating breathwork session led by Ian @ivfit_ to center your mind and prepare your body. Then dive into our Athletic Reformer Pilates class led by Naimah @squatsnsplits, where modern techniques meet functional movement. This session focuses on building strength, enhancing coordination, and boosting stamina through dynamic reformer exercises and weight training. Challenge your core, stability, and overall fitness as you push your limits and achieve peak performance. THIS WILL CHALLENGE YOUR BODY AND YOUR MIND!
Please bring grippy socks for the reformers or there will be an option to purchase $15 socks at the studio!
