Join us for an energetic and exciting dance fitness class in the heart of Brooklyn! This in-person event will take place at Dancewave on 4th Avenue.

Our class will be held Every Sunday at 5:30-6:30 PM EST.

Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a beginner looking to try something new, this class is suitable for all levels of experience. Britt, the instructor will guide you through a variety of locomotive movements, dance styles, cardiovascular exercises, mobility stretches, and UPBEAT tempo dance movements.

You will NOT HAVE TO LEARN choreography. You will be following Britt as she will engage in high-energy cardio exercises and tone your muscles through dynamic movements.

Not only will you get a great workout, but you'll also meet new people and become part of a supportive dance community. Our spacious studio provides the perfect environment for you to express yourself and let loose.

To ensure your spot, make sure to arrive a few minutes early. Wear comfortable workout attire and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the class. No need to worry about dance experience or being perfect – just come with a positive attitude and a willingness to have fun!
