About this Event
A guided walk on the beautiful sands of Holme beach with views out over the sea and across to Thornham Harbour, scouring the strandline for any signs of marine life! The strandline line can provide us with a wealth of information about species living off our coasts that we do not see on a regular basis. We will particularly be on the lookout for mermaid’s purses as well as any sponges or sea mats. Sturdy footwear recommended. Please meet at the Visitor Centre.
As this event is taking place during the school summer holidays, you will need to book a timed car parking ticket per car, once they become available on Eventbrite. NWT members and Blue Badge Holders park for free but still need to book a space; please bring your membership card and e-ticket to show on arrival. Non-members will need to pay for parking; please bring your e-ticket to show on arrival.

In the event that Norfolk Wildlife Trust has to cancel an event or activity due to low numbers, extreme weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity and will offer a full refund.
