NW Fitness & Simply Shameless Present Rooftop Yoga @ Monkey Loft
Come join us for a relaxing and energizing rooftop yoga session at Monkey Loft! Hosted by NW Fitness and Simply Shameless, this event is perfect for yogis of all levels looking to unwind and stretch out under the sun. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, this event is a great way to connect with others and enjoy a beautiful summer evening!
From May 23rd - September 6th, rooftop yoga will run weekly on Thursdays from 5:30-6:30pm, fresh smoothies available for sale after class! Starting on June 20th, yoga will be followed by the Deck'd Out Dance Party hosted by Simply Shameless - yoga ticket includes entry to the dance party! Bring your mat and water and get ready to flow, chill & play!
