Mark your calendars and get ready for a day of inspiration and collaboration at Danone, Utrecht! Be aware that there is a limited seating capacity available at the venue, so secure your spot as soon as possible.
The Program Committee is excited to extend an invitation for you to present your most recent work, for which we can accommodate a limited number of submissions (please send your abstract to [email protected] before September 30th, 2024 and let us know if you prefer an oral or poster presentation). If we receive more abstracts than the capacity allows, the program committee will carefully make a final selection of the most exciting and innovative work (notifications by 8th of October). Please be aware that on-site registration will not be possible this year. We are looking forward to seeing you all and sharing this invaluable experience together!
Practical Information
➢ Location
You can find Danone Global Research & Innovation Center B.V. on the following address: Uppsalalaan 12, 3584 CT Utrecht, the Netherlands. Prior to the meeting you will receive practical information from Danone via email. When you have other questions, please contact the Hospitality Team. Upon arrival you will be asked for an identity check. You can show your driver license, passport or identity card.
➢ By Car
You can park your car at Utrecht P+R Science Park (crossroad Universiteitsweg / exit 28 Utrecht - Science Park,€ 7,00 per day). AFter you parked you car you should walk in the direction of the sports facilities (Sportcentrum Olympos). When crossing the road, please take a left in the direction of the Danone building.
➢ Arrival by train and tram
From central Station take the tram 22 towards Utrecht Science Park, get off the final stop (Utrecht P+R Science Park). Walk in the direction of the sports facilities (Sportcentrum Olympos). When crossing the road, please take a left in the direction of the Danone building.
➢ By Bicycle
As our guest you can use our own bicycle parking, located underneath the building. You can find the entrance on the left side of the building (located under the balcony). Please use the intercom upon arrival. You will have to leave the bicycle parking the same way and go around the building to the entrance of the building. If you want you can also park your bicycle under the balcony.
