NVC Mediation Process Workshop
How do we communicate under stress?
This workshop is for anyone who is open and curious to learn about mediation, no experience is required.
In this workshop I will teach the fundamentals of Non-violent Communication in their most integral form. Together, we will explore effective and efficient ways of getting to the heart of the matter in interpersonal conflict. My goal is that you leave this workshop with a thorough understanding of the ins and outs of spontaneous mediation in your relationships as well as how to use NVC in intentional conflict resolution.
We will explore how we can integrate mediation as a life practice that enriches life for ourselves and our relations in a meaningful way every day. We will work with the 4 agreements, modern styles in negotiation, and Buddhism. Eventually as we discover, things are much simpler than they seem with NVC! I will bring in Theatre games, meditation, and somatic exercises to get us moving and keep the learning fun.
Fee for workshop is based on a sliding scale: $80-$120 to register. Email me directly to sign up: [email protected]
