The 2 Day Foundation Level Non Violent Communication course will ground you in the basics of NVC, give you lots of supervised practice and most importantly, you can observe Jana as she demonstrates embodiment of NVC from the heart Class size is small to ensure a high quality experience.
WHATS NVC?
Compassionate Communication, also known as Nonviolent Communication (NVC) aims to support change on three interconnected levels: within self, between others, and within groups and social systems. Compassionate Communication is taught as a process of interpersonal communication designed to improve compassionate connection to others. Many couples report after our course that using NVC has assisted them to manage or resolve ongoing conflicts successfully that they have previously had not been able to address effectively.
FACILITATOR:
Jana Krins has been facilitating NVC or Compassionate Communication workshops, meditation groups and mediation for over 10 years. Jana brings a wealth of lived experience applying NVC in both professional and community settings. Her personal experience of the efficacy of NVC fuels her passion to share this liberating process.
