This is a hands on class where we will put together a comforting chest balm, garlic honey and build our own fire cider to help keep our families strong and healthy throughout the year.
We are two sisters who share a love for natural remedies and are excitied to share our testimonies and knowledge of foraged and natural remedies to aid in the flu season.
