WHAT ON EARTH IS "NUTS AND GUM”?!
In case you missed the weirdest and steamiest new show that audiences (and performers alike) are calling “mad genius”, “refreshing” and “the most fun I’ve ever had at a burlesque show”, “Nuts and Gum” is a wild, experimental show that fuses burlesque and improv together (at last!) How does it work? Eight exciting enticers will hit the stage and create a wacky, unexpected, off-the wall act on the spot based on the audience's suggestion of song along with a special component (a specific move, prop or any number of items from our Tickle Trunk) to be determined by a roll of the Wild Magic dice!
You could be seeing anything from a sizzling hot dog stripping to “Wonderwall”, a living dead girl covered in slime rising from the grave or a seductive chair dance to the “Golden Girls” theme! That’s just a taste of the very real, factual shenanigans that went down at our last show. It’s living proof that anything can happen through the power of improv and burlesque! Are you ready to go beyond the Gumderdome?
