Join us for a Nutrition Talk to learn how to snack better to FUEL your body through the foods you eat and what you drink! Summit is surrounded by supporting the community in their health goals! We do nutrition coaching, host and partner with local businesses for workouts, provide a place where you can be with others going for a healthy, active lifestyle that want motivation, positivity and support! SO once a month we celebrate those people! We have a party! This one is how to snack, what to eat, when to eat it and what foods/drinks have the best nutrients for in between meals! Recipes, ideas and education around snacking is what this one is all about!
We will have samples, a nutrition talk and fun!
The night is meant to teach you tools to better your results, win prizes and have fun!
We will be giving away prizes and recognition of health results in October! So come join us!
Anyone is welcome, so bring friends!
In the 'discussion' of this group will be the Zoom link posted if you can't make this event and still want to listen/watch or have a friend out of state that wants to listen/watch!
