About this Event
Carrie Reedy is a qualified and experienced practitioner of “Functional Nutrition”: an approach to nutrition which aims to identify and address any underlying imbalances in the body.
In this program, Carrie will talk about the food we eat and how this directly impacts our wellbeing. Learn how to manage your mental health by selecting food that can support a positive outlook.
