As we age, it can become harder to figure out a healthful diet. In this class we will explore healthy and delicious ways to nourish ourselves. These will include quick meal ideas, superfoods to include in your diet, and how to use diet to preserve muscle, so you can do the things you need and want to do. This is for you, or for you to be of help to your beloved aging parent.
