Speaker Biography:
Tom Roadcap is Senior Engineer, Design and Construction at Brightline West and has been involved in design and construction management for both the Brightline Florida and Brightline West projects. Tom holds BS and MS degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois, where he did research with RailTEC, led the AREMA Student Chapter, and worked summers at the Union Pacific and Canadian National Railroads. Prior to joining Brightline, Tom worked on railroad track research and testing in Munich, Germany as part of a Fulbright research project. He has also spent time volunteering with his church, working as a congressional intern, and volunteering as a ranger with the National Park Service.
