It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! Maybe not the snow and cold weather just yet, but Nut Plains Farm is already booking up for their holiday wreath-making classes!This event is the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit! You’ll learn to create a holiday wreath using various local greenery, berries, cones, and dried flowers from our farm. Plus, we’ll provide local snacks and beverages to keep your creativity fueled.
Grab a friend or come solo to create a unique wreath to display in your home this holiday
season!
How It Works & What to Expect:
Participants will use an assortment of materials to create a live wreath in this entertaining workshop, guided by our talented Designologist, Marie Walston.
• Learn the art of wreath making - Starting with a 24” Noble Fir wreath to embellish
• Receive one-on-one assistance to answer questions and offer tips
• Cut decorative elements and attach them to the base with wire or a hot glue gun
• Learn how to make and place a bow
• Use different materials and textures to create a balanced arrangement, whether you prefer a traditional Christmas wreath or a trendy boho design
o Choose from a large variety of foliage, flowers, and ornaments
o Feel free to bring any extra or favorite decor items
• Enjoy the fresh air, wood burning fireplace, and beautiful scenery in our NPF Green House
All materials and tools will be provided: Natural, locally sourced 24” greenery wreath, clippers, wire, glue guns, foliage, flowers, ribbon, ornaments, and more. By the end of the class, you’ll have a stunning wreath to display in your home!

Payments can be made via Venmo (please provide name and number of attendees + date of event) or drop by the NPF Farm Stand to pay in cash.
Please note: This is a working farm. We will ask you to sign a waiver form before heading onto the farm for your safety and that of our animals.
