About David Metcalf:
David Metcalf, originally from New Zealand, has made Indonesia his home for 15 years. Based in Bali, he has traveled extensively throughout the country, working closely with indigenous communities in Kalimantan, Bali, and Sumba. David has been deeply involved in indigenous education, youth development, filmmaking, art, and indigenous tourism through the Togetherness Project, which he founded in 2020.
