An Interactive Event for WOMEN Navigating and Leading Family Farm Succession In response to REAL requests from rural women and women in agriculture/primary production RFCSNR are thrilled to welcome Malinda Guest as our feature speaker for Nurturing the Conversation a very special WOMEN'S ONLY event.
When assisting our clients with Succession we have found that women generally take on the huge rollercoaster of emotions that come with navigating the succession planning process. They try to be the nurturer, the mediator with family dynamics, and endeavour to keep family in tact physically and emotionally.
This event is to help assist women in this process providing strategies to help foster harmonious family dynamics.
Recognising the foundational role women play in agricultural families and the resilience needed for thoughtful succession planning this event is designed to provide you:
* A supportive space to explore effective communications strategies within a family context
* New skills and knowledge to maintain healthy balance and boundaries
* Important connections with other women in your region
