This is a gentle, relaxed sound bath where you are invited to pause, settle, and spend some time in a calm, supportive space.You’ll be welcomed into a cosy setting where everything is prepared for your comfort — mats, cushions, blankets and eye pillows are provided so you can rest in a way that feels right for you.
We begin with a short guided breath to help you arrive, followed by the sounds of singing bowls, gong, chimes and other instruments.
Everyone’s experience is different. Some people find it relaxing, others simply notice the sounds or take the time to rest. There is no expectation and nothing you need to do — you’re welcome to experience it in your own way.
