The journey to true embodied liberation begins with intimacy for yourself.
In this class we will uncover and discuss some ways in which women have been programmed to stay small. Jolane will guide you through embodiment practices that will help you overcome, in time, some of the obstacles that have been holding you back.
My intention is to give you an introduction to the awakening of the beauty living inside of you so you can begin to lead with this radiance and magnetize the life and relationships you truly desire.
Meet Jolane
Jolene Evans, the founder of Iron Butterfly Experience, is an intimacy and embodiment Coach. She is also trained in the ancient Vedic wisdom of Ayurveda and Primordial Sound Meditation. She has spent the last few years travelling and studying a new way of being. She believes whole heartedly that women are the most untapped natural resource on the planet and the path to true healing begins with true intimacy with oneself.
My passion is to educate women in a way of remembering and awakening their true goddess who lives within. To break free from societal constraints and begin to experience what beauty life can render when we tune in and turn on our radiance. There is true power when women gather in community and support one another. It is true sustenance and nourishment like no other. When you give the gift of love to yourself, witnessed in sisterhood, you will begin to change your frequency and your life.
My intention is to introduce you to this new way of being, guiding you in some embodiment practices that will help you awaken and remember your whole self and lead from here.
