Nurturing Joy: A Wellness Workshop

Join the SPHC Foundation for a free monthly wellness workshop series designed for adults ages 21 and older in Fairfax County and surrounding areas (DMV). Running from April through August at the Hybla Valley Community Center, this series is open to everyone, especially individuals and families looking for low-barrier mental health support and wellness tools.

Who should attend? You-yes, you! If you’re 21 or older, you’re exactly who we hope to see. You’ve made it this far, so go ahead and sign up to join us!

What to Expect:

• Hands-on, creative sessions: mindfulness painting, plant-making therapy, journaling, breathwork, and group reflection
• A welcoming, judgment-free space to learn and connect
• Lunch provided at each session
• Raffle prizes, giveaways, and a personal journal
• Self-Care Bingo and fun, actionable wellness activities
• Access to wellness resources and tools you can use at home
• Mini community health fair (Session 5) with local partners
• Transportation assistance available upon request
